| shut down | This icon does exactly what it sounds like, it turns off the computer. |
| point | To move the mouse across the screen and put the tip of the pointer on an object. |
| click | Quickly press and release the mouse button to select an object. |
| right click | Qucikly press and release the right mouse button. |
| double click | To quickly press and release the left mouse button twice. This is used to activate a command. |
| drag | To press and hold the left mouse button, then move the mouse to a new location on the screen. |
