Vocabulary Find: Antonyms

Eight pairs of antonym cards will be made. One "Got Ya" card will be made and put with the antonym pairs. One player will deal each student five cards. The students will take turns picking cards from each other's hand. When the student picks the antonym of one of his/her cards the student will put the set on the table. The first student(s) to get rid of all of their cards win. The student left with the odd "Got Ya" card loses the game. Created by Deborah Andrews 5/1/01
