What is choleserol? | A soft fat-like substance. Comes from animal sources and also made in our liver. Can deposit on walls of arteries and cause heart problems. |

How do you test for fat in a food? | Rub the food on a brown paper bag. |
What problems can occur if a person eats foods with too much fat? | There are risks of obesity, heart diseases, strokes, a buildup of fatty deposits in the arteries, and some forms of cancer increase. |
