| row header | the number at the far left of a row that is used to name the row |
| spreadsheet | a document that is made up of rows and columns used to calculate numbers. It can contain formulas used for analysis. |
| average (mean) | the number you get when you add all numbers in a set and divide the total by the amount of numbers in the set |
| maximum | the number that is greater than all others in a set |
| median | the middle number in a set |
| minimum | the number that is less than all others in a set |
| sum | the total when all numbers in set are added together |
