| If possible, at least 2 weeks before ETA of the shipment, contact customer to: | Confirm delivery address and other pertinent details. Counsel the customer on customs clearance procedure, mail customs forms if appropriate, and request any necessary supplemental declarations, i.e. liquor permit. Send the Relocation Package via email or other as suits. |

| If another Agent is designated by MI to perform Delivery Services: | Send complete delivery paperwork to this agent as you would if using your local MI operations crews. Follow up with them regularly to ensure shipment arrives, they are in contact with Client for customs clearance and are proceeding with delivery in a timely manner. |
| Arrange for local pick up back to MI warehouse a couple of days prior to ETA. | Re-manifest shipment to MI unless Customs clearance is being done. |
| At the arrival port/terminal. | Pay dock fees if applicable. Send trucker delivery instructions and ensure that they can arrange for the remanifesting of the shipment In Bond if necessary. |
| Complete Order | Consider sending a Welcome to USA Book to the client often done for sales reasons. Complete To Do’s. Change header and line statuses from “Active” to “Completed”. |
