in French all adjectives....agree in gender and number with the nouns they describe.
Most adjectives add....and "e" to their masculine form.
If an adjective ends in a silent "e"...the feminine form will remain the same.
Adjectives ending in "if"...change to "ive."
Adjectives ending in "eux"...change to "euse."
Adjectives ending in "er"...change to "ère."
Adjectives such as "gentil"...double the consonant and add "e."
Adverbs usually add..."ment" to the feminine form of the adjective.
The adverb form of "bon" is...bien.
The adverb form of "mauvais" is...mal.
