The more the bailments benefit the baileesthe more the bailees' duty of care so they must take better care of bailed goods.
Characteristics of Bailments?Subject is personal property, a transfer of temporary possession, a transfer of temporary control, both parties intend return of the goods.
How Bailment ends?Time agreed upon elapses, purpose has been achieved, parties mutually agree to end it, either party may end the bailment if no temrination time.
