| Margins | Space on a page to the left and right of a line of text, above and below the first and last line of text. |
| Menu | List of options on a display screen from which operating features are selected. |
| Page Break | Ends a page and begins a new page; inserted automatically (soft); or inserted manually (hard) to force the software to start a new page. |
| Portrait | Orientation which provides a work space taller than wide. |
| Proofreading | Process of comparing copy on a display screen or paper to the original copy and correcting errors; one of the editing steps. |
