AnteriorThe top or front end of an organism's body, or at or towards the front

LateralThe sides of the organism
BasalThe bottom of an elongated structure or towards the base.

Bilateral SymmetryAn organism when if cut in half will have equal halves. Like a mirror image.
Radial SymmetryAn organism whose body plan is built upon a circle.
