Seventh Amendmentright to trial by jury if the sum of money at stake is more than $20
Eighth Amendmentno excessive bail, no excessive fines, and no cruel and unusual punishment
Ninth AmendmentThe rights of the people are not limited to the Bill of Rights (government can’t say that these are the only rights the people have)
Tenth AmendmentPowers not given to the federal government belong to the states
