This matching game is designed to match the step to what is said. How many can you get right? Yep, this is another variation on the Rule of Eight>

| Make the motion | "I move that..." |
| Second the motion | "Second" or "I second that" |
| State the motion | "It has been moved and seconded that we... The floor is open for discussion." |
| Discuss and debate | Person is recognized by the chair |
| Put the question | "Are you ready for the question?" or "Question?" |
| Announce the vote and state action | "The ayes (or nos) have it, therefore we will (not) ...." |
