| Safe Mode | windows 95 mode automatically located if windows 95 crashes during hook up access safe mode anytimeof you press the F8 key when screen says "loading windows 95" |
| Cold Boot | to turn on a computer or to restart a computer by turning it off waiting a few seconds and turning it on again |

| System Hang | usually has an opportunity to display an error or diagnostic message if entre system fails a message will not appear and input is usually blocked keystrokes and mouse click will be ignored worst cases system cannot be restarted without turning system off completely |
