Britain agreed to pay damages for the ships taken in the West Indies, but didn't promise that they wouldn't attack again, Britain also gave up forts in Ohio valley after America paid their debts to the British
Washington's Farwell AddressWarned the country against becoming involved in European Affairs, also said that political party disturbed the American peace
The FederalistsAlexander Hamilton was the leader of the Federalits, they held the majority in Congress, approved the National Bank, wanted the government to be stronger than the people, most were wealthy merchants, manufactuers, and lawyers
