Reference Initialsif someone other than the sender typed the letter, he or she would typically include the sender's initials in all uppercase characters, then two of his or hers in all lowercase characters. If you typed your own letter, just skip it since your name is already there. (i.e. JAD/cm)
Carbon Copyabbreviated cc; indicates other recipients of the letter, and is added after the signature of a letter
Blind Carbon Copyabbreviated bcc; indicates only the person receiving the copy is aware of the copy being sent - added after the signature of a letter
Single Spacepressing enter once leaving no blank lines between text
