Geometry Review Game!

This game can be used to review our geometry unit (chapter 6).

AB
PointAn exact location in space.
LineA collection of points that go in two directions for infinity.
Line SegmentPart of a line having two endpoints.
RayA line that has one endpoint and goes on forever in the other direction.
AngleTwo rays having a common endpoint.
VertexThe point at which two lines meet to form an angle.
PlaneAn endless flat surface determined by three points.
Right angleAn angle that measures 90 degrees.
Obtuse angleAn angle that measures greater than 90 degrees and less than 180 degrees.
Acute angleAn angle that measures less than 90 degrees.
Reflex angleAn angle that measure more than 180 degrees, but less than 360 degrees.
Straight angleAn angle that measures 180 degrees and forms a line.
Congruent anglesAngles that have the same measure.
Complimentary anglesTwo angles whose sum equals 90 degrees.
Supplementary anglesAngles whose sum equals 180 degrees or a straight angle.
Angle bisectorA ray that bisects an angle into two equal angles.
TransversalA line that intersects two or more other lines
Vertical anglesAngles that are positioned across from each other when two lines intersect. These angles have the same measure.
Corresponding anglesAngles that are in the same position from one line to another. These angles have the same measure.
Intersecting LinesThese lines meet at a point
Parallel LinesThese lines are on the same plane, but never meet.
Perpendicular LinesThese lines intersect to form 90 degree angles.
Skew LinesLines that are neither parallel nor intersecting.
PolygonsClosed plane figures with sides that are line segments.
Regular PolygonsAll sides of this polygon are equal.
QuadrilateralA polygon with 4 sides.
TriangleA polygon with 3 sides.
PentagonA polygon with 5 sides
HexagonA polygon with 6 sides.
HeptagonA polygon with 7 sides.
OctagonA polygon with 8 sides.
NonagonA polygon with 9 sides.
DecagonA polygon with 10 sides.
Convex PolygonAll diagonals are withing the polygon.
Concave PolygonSome diagonals are outside the area of the polygon.
PerimeterDistance around a polygon
AreaNumber of square units in a figure.
Congruent FiguresFigures that are the same size and shape
