1st AmendmentFreedom of religion, speech, press, assemble peacefully, and the right to petition the government. These cannot be taken away by Congress
2nd AmendmentProtects the right to possess firearms (carry guns)

4th AmendmentSearches may only occur is there is a court issued warrant. Police/government can take any items as evidence
