| Constitutionality | whether a law or a case goes with the constitution or if it goes against the constitution |
| Criminal Case | a case that has to do with crime, robbery, shooting, etc. |
| Civil Case | a case that is not to do with crime, it has to do with divorce, suing, trespassing, etc. |
| Arrest | a cop bringing you to jail for a reason |
| Probable Cause | a police officer can't pull you over for no reason |
| Misdemeanor | not a major crime just a little one |
| Felony | a huge crime like robbery or shooting |
| Attorney | the laywer that is trying to claim his/she person is proven not guilty |
| Innocent | you are not found the cause person of the crime |
| Guilty | when you are found the cause person for the crime |
| Due Process of Law | when the cops read you through all of your rights as you got arrested |
