This activity will help you to remember what you should see in each camera shot type.

| Close up (CU) | head and shoulders |
| Extreme close up (ECU) | part of head, usually the eyes |
| medium or mid-shot (MS) | head to waist |
| Full Shot | head to toes |
| Long shot | figures in foreground and background |
| Wide shot | figures towards horizontal edges of frame |
| Establishing shot | landscape or cityscape to establish location |
| Over the shoulder shot | camera behind one speaker's back as she speaks to second speaker seen in background, facing her |
| reverse shot | first speaker now faces camera as we see second speaker's back in foreground |
