| Head/Neck Injury Move Victim: | Only if in danger, to perform CPR, or victim is vomiting |
| Ice Bag No-No's | Do not place chemical ice bags directly on the skin & do not keep on longer than 20min |
| Fracture Treatment | Do not try to move or use it, put ice on it, send to doctor |
| Fracture 911: | It is an open fracture, bleeding wound or part is abnormally bent |
| Mild/Small Burn Treatment | Run cool (not ice cold) water over the burn & cover with nonstick sterile dressing |
| Burn 911 | There is a fire or the victim has a large burn |
| Victim on Fire Treatment | Call 911, tell them to "stop, drop & roll", cover with a blanket & soak with water, remove blanket & burnt clothing & cover with clean blanket |
| Electrocution No-No's | Do not touch victim if they are in contact with the power source |
| Burn No-No's | Do not put ointment on burn, break blisters, put butter on burn |
| Animal Bite Treatment | Call 911 or healthcare provider depending on severity, clean wound with soap & water if able, stop bleeding, report to animal control |
| Signs of Poisonous Snakebites | increase in pain at site, swelling, nausea, vomiting, sweating & weakness |
| Snakebite Treatment | Stay away from snake, call 911, have victim be still, calm & not to move body part bitten, wash wound with soap & water |
| Coral Snakebite Treatment | Same, but wrap bandage around bite comfortably tight |
| Snakebite No-No's | Do not apply cold or ice, suction, cutting the wound or wrapping the bite tightly |

| Insect, Bee's & Spider No-No's | Do not pull stinger out with tweezers or fingers, or squeeze the venom sac |
| Poisonous Spider bites Treatment | Call 911, wash bite with soap & water, put ice bag on & prepare for CPR/AED |
| Tick Bite Treatment | Grab tick as close to skin as possible with tweezers (do not pinch), lift straight out (keep tick to be tested), wash bite with soap & water, see healthcare provider |
| Tick Bite No-No's | Do not use vaseline, fingernail polish, rubbing alcohol, gasoline, or hot match, do not touch with hands, do not twist or jerk tick out |
| Heat-Related Emergency Signs | Muscle cramps, sweating, headache, nausea, weakness or dizziness |
| Heatstroke Emergency Signs | Confusion or strange behavior, vomiting, inability to drink, red hot & dry skin (no sweating), shallow breathing, seizures or no response |
| Heat Injury Treatment | Move to cool shaded area, remove tight clothing, drink cool water, place wet cool towels on neck & armpits, call 911 |
| Heatstroke Emergency Treatment | Call 911, move to cool shaded area, remove tight clothing, place in cool water or cool towels on victim, be prepared for CPR/AED |

| Frostbite Treatment | Move to warm place, call 911, remove tight clothing & all jewelry from part, remove any wet clothing |
| Frostbite No-No's | Do not massage or rub, use heating pad, stove or fire to thaw, do not thaw unless there is no chance of re-freezing or no medical help near |
| Poison Emergency Treatment | Make sure safe, move victim to fresh air or away from poison, call 911, prepare for CPR |
| Skin Poison Emergency Treatment | Take off contaminated clothing & jewelry, help them wash or eye wash the part - run water for at least 20 min, brush off dry poison. |
