| Datasheet | A worksheet for the graph and charting program. A datasheet contains columns and rows in which you can enter text. |

| Table | A graphic for organization data in rows and columns. |
| Embed | To copy form another program into PowerPoint so that you can easily edit the data without leaving PowerPoint. |
| Link | To copy data from another program of file so that the data is automatically updated when it’s changed in original file. |
| Export | A process by which text or data in one application is “sent” to another application. |
