| Microfiche | A plastic card or sheet, usually about 4 by 6 inches, containing a strip of microfilm which has been cut into short pieces. A single microfiche may contain micro images of over 100 pages of a standard-size book |
| Microfilm | A fine-grained film for making very small photographs of pages of a book, newspapers, records, and other printed matter, to preserve them in a very small space |
