| Gaius Caligula | "Little Boots," third emperor of Rome. Became crazy and was assassinated by the praetorian guard. |
| Claudius | Caligula's uncle, he had some physical handicaps but was mentally astute. Fourth emperor of Rome, he annexed Britain. |
| Britannicus | Claudius' son, killed by Agrippina |
| Agrippina the Younger | Claudius' neice, she seduced him and killed him so her own son could be emperor. |
| Mushrooms | Agrippina used these to kill Claudius and Britannicus |
| Nero | Agrippina's son, fifth emperor of Rome, He was more interested in being a musician and artist, so he was not liked |
| Seneca | Nero's tutor. He plotted against Nero, so Nero had him forced to commit suicide |
| Domus Aurea | The golden palace Nero built on the site of the great fire. This caused people to feel he might have set the fire himself in order to make room for it. He blamed Christians for the fire. |
| Incitatus | Caligula's favorite horse. He tried to make him a senator. |
