Stage XIII Vocabulary : Stage 13 Vocabulary Words

Verbs are listed in 3 forms : [a] 1st person singular present tense form (I hold), [b] infintive form (to hold), [c] 1st person singular perfect tense form (I held).

Nouns are listed in 2 forms : [a] nominative singular form (horse), [b] genitive singular form (horse's). You are also given the gender of the noun (masculine, feminine, neuter)

The genitive singular form tells you to which declension the noun belongs (we will be learning more about this later).

Adjectives are listed in three forms : [a] nominative singular masculine form, [b] nominative singular feminine form, [c] nominative singular neuter form.

The endings of the adjectives tell you which declension's endings (1st, 2nd or 3rd) the adjective will use.
