| closeup (CU) | a certain feature or part of the subject takes up the whole frame,  |
| extreme closeup | gets right in and shoes extreme detail,  |
| cut-in | shows some other part of the subject in detail,  |
| cut-away | a shot of something other than the subject |
| two-shot (TS) | a shot of two people, framed similarly to a MS,  |
| over-the-shoulder shot (OSS) | looking from behind a person, over their shoulder, at the subject,  |
| noddy shot (NS) | usually refers to a shot of the interviewer listening and reacting to the subject,  |
| point-of-view shot (POV) | shows view from the subjects perspective,  |
