| Installation Wizard | Software supplied on a CD/DVD which leads the user through the installation process. |
| File Extension | A group of letters occurring after a period in a file name indicating the type of file the document was saved as. Examples: .docx, .pdf |

| Libraries | Bring your files together in one place, making it easier to find, search, organize files scattered across your network |
| Sleep Mode | When your session is stored in memory, but the computer operates at a low power state. |
