OS,  | Stands for Operating System |
Desktop,  | Includes desktop background and taskbar |
Windows Explorer,  | a special Windows program that navigates to any folder; also manages folders |

Tags,  | Details you can add to files to make them more searchable |
To select adjacent files,  | Shift + Click |
