AB
Adaptive PartHas features that are in the part file, which can resize according to assembly constraints and positions of other parts
Adaptive FeatureFeatures that can resize when constrained to other features.
ChamferA feature that bevels a part edge that is defined by its placement, sizes, and angle.
ConstraintsRules that govern the position and relationships among sketch geometry, or the relationships between parts in an assembly
DimensionAssignment of numerical values to the geometry of a model
Extruded FeatureA feature created by adding depth to a sketched profile. The feature’s shape, extent, and taper angle control the shape. This can be defined by selecting a Boolean operation (join, cut, or intersect with existing feature).
Fillet FeatureAn arc of a specified radius place at the corner or intersection of two lines. Its type, radius and placement define this feature.
HelixA point that moves around and along the surface of a cylinder uniformly in a linear direction along an axis. Example of this is a screw thread on a bolt.
HoleA geometric shape defined by hole type, placement, size, and dimensions. This requires a center point for its origin and placement.
Loft FeatureThis feature blends two or more non-similar shapes on non-intersecting planes.
ParametricGeometric relationships used to define a sketch. Used to allow a sketch to change shape or size in relationship to other features
Pattern FeatureMultiple instances of a sketched feature arrayed in a specified array.
RoundsFillets created on convex edges
Revolved FeatureA profile spun around an axis to create a solid feature
ShellA feature in which material is removed from a specified face, leaving a cavity with walls of a specified thickness.
Sweep FeatureA profile that is created by moving along a planar path
Work AxisA construction feature that defines an axis on a cylindrical feature in 3-D space.
Work PointA construction feature that defines a point in 3-D space
Work PlaneA construction feature that defines the parametric location of a sketch plane in 3-D space
