Today, the use of certain skins and furs of endangered species are outlawed. Also, imported goods have certain government imposed tariffs or taxes and quotas allowed on certain items. |

| Social | social and physical mobility means moving up the social ladder and or moving from one location in a state or the country to another. These changes often create an increased interest in fashion and expose people to new fashion influences. |
