Light, Sound, Color
Terms describing how light and sound travel. Also includes terms relating to color.

| Reflection | When light or sound bounces off an object. |
| Refraction | When light bends traveling from one medium to another |
| Diffraction | When sound waves travel around a corner. |
| White Light | All colors added together. |
| Visible Light Spectrum | Light the human eye can see (ROYGBIV). |
| Black | The absence of color. |
| Transparent | Light passes through and you can see through it. |
| Opaque | No light passes through and you cannot see through it. |
| Translucent | Light passes through but you cannot see through it. |
| Prism | Triangular object that separates white light into colors. |
| White Object | Reflects light. |
| Black Object | Absorbs light. |
| Red, Blue, Green | Primary light colors. |
| Cyan, Magenta, Yellow | Secondary light colors. |
