Alphanumeric Keysall of the letters and numbers on the keyboard. A-Z and 0-9
Backspace Keydeletes text to the left of (behind) the cursor
Caps Locka toggle key that, when activated, causes all alphabetic characters to be uppercase
Delete Keydeletes text directly in front of (to the right of) the cursor
Enterkey on the keyboard used to move the cursor to the next line and put spaces between lines of text
Function Keysspecial keys labeled F1 to F12 which have different meaning depending on the program being used
Navigation Keyskeyboard keys used to move the pointer around on the screen
Operational Keyskeyboard keys that allow you to operate the computer without a mouse
Shiftkeyboard key used to capitalize alphabetic keys and type symbol keys
Space Barkey on the keyboard used to put spaces between characters
Tabkey on the keyboard that is used to indent paragraphs and align text into columns
