Berlin Wall | Built in 1961 by Russia and stood until 1989, this was the symbolic image of the Cold War, and it served keep communists from leaving. |
Vietnam War | Began when the North invaded the South. Involved Ho Chi Mihn, and American support for the South. Ends when public turns against the war and with Nixon's Vietnmaization. |
