| Addressing | It identifies who will receive the email. |
| Subject Line | Indentifies the topic of the message, usually a short description of the content or purposes of the e-mail. |
| Message Body | Where you type the message. |
| Attachments | These are files which you can send along with your email, for example, graphics files, word processing documents, spreadsheets, etc. |
| Creating New | The program displays a blank form for entering all the necessary message components and message body. |
| Reply | Reply just to the person who sent the message. |
| Reply All | Sends the reply to everyone who received the orignal message. |
| Forward | Send the message to a third person for futher action. |
| Emoticons | Text symbols that attempt to convey to the recipient what the sender's emotion was. |
| Junk Mail | Another name for Spam mail. |
| Netiquette | The rules of conduct for Internet users. |
