To insert clip art image on a slide:On the slide layout with the Content placeholder, click Clip Art icon or On Insert tab, in Illustrations group, click Clip Art
Manipulating the pictures:Refers to sizing, moving or making some changes to picture
To move a picture:Move cursor anywhere inside picture and drag to new location
Use handlesto size picture to required size

Once an object is selected,it stays selected until you click somewhere else
To draw selection box around objects,click at top left of first object and drag to include all objects
To arrange an object:On Home tab, in Drawing group, click Arrange, or Under Drawing Tools, on Format tab, in Arrange group, click option to use
Each object is onits own layer
To change background:On Design tab, in Background group, click Background Styles
The animation options in PowerPointare meant to provide a little emphasis or interest during the presentation.
To animate an object:On Animations tab, in Animations group, click arrow for Animate
To apply slide transitions:On Animations tab, in Transition to this Slide group, click transition style from gallery
Slide transitions are:How each slide appears during slide show
To print presentation:Click Office Button, Print or Click the Office Button, point at Print, and then click Print
To print notes:Select Notes Pages, from Print What field in the Print dialog box
All handouts have enough space on pagefor audience to make notes
Handouts arePrinted copies of the slides in a presentation
To view a slide show:On Slide Show tab, in Start Slide Show group, click starting slide
To stop a slide show:right-click and click End Show
