To apply Quick StyleHome tab, Styles group, click style in Style gallery
To activate the Outlining modeView tab, in Document Views group, click Outline; or Click Outline view from view modes on Status bar
FootnotesLocated on page with reference. Usually at bottom of page
EndnotesLocated at end of section or document. Generally at end of document with continuous numbering.
