Insert-Picture-From FilesAllow you to insert clipart or photographs from another file on the computer or a disk.
Insert-Picture-Auto ShapesOpens a tool bar that allows you to select a shape and then draw that shape into your document.
Insert-Picture-Word ArtGive acces to the word art gallery where you can select the style you want to create, then set up text a a clipart item.
Insert-Text BoxAllows you to draw a text box that can then be moved, edited, and reshaped.
Format-FontOpens a window of options for changing text, including font, style, size, color, spacing, and animation.
Format-ParagraphOptions for adjusting the alignment, indentation, spacing, and breaks within a paragraph.
Format-Bullets and NumberingWhere you can select bullet styles, number styles and outline styles that will automatically be set up in your document.

Format-BackgroundAllows you to set a background color for you document when it is in online view.
Tools-Spelling and GrammarOpens a window that show any unrecognizable word or grammar sequence and offers suggestion to change it.
Tools-Language-ThesaurusOffers a list of words having similar meaning to a word you have highlighted in your document, then change to the new word.
Tools-Word CountDisplays the total number of pages, words, character, paragraphs, and lines for a document or for highlighted text.
