| Mount Moriah | Where Abraham was going to sacrifice his son;Jacob dreamed of a ladder;the temple used to stand here;Islam believes Mohammed was taken to heaven from this spot. |

| Rahab | She was a woman who helped the Israelite spies who came to Jericho. She is an ancestor of Jesus' family. |
| Deborah | THe female judge who defeated Sisera. |
| Samuel | The last judge and a prophet. He was a nazirite. He also anointed the first two kings. |
| Saul | The first king. He lost favor with God. He fell on his own sword. |
| Jesse | The father of King David. He lived in Bethlehem. He is a member of Jesus' family tree. |
| David | The greatest king of Israel. He committed murder and adultery but was forgiven by God. |
| Jerusalem | THe Nation of Israel's capital. THe place where the Temple was finally built. |
| Bathsheba | The wife of Uriah whom David fell in love with. She is the mother of Solomon. |
| Nathan | The prophet who told David the story of the rich man and the poor man and their sheep. |
| Solomon | The son of David. He was known for being rich and wise. He will allow his wives to worship foriegn gods. |
| Kingdom of Judah | The Southern Kingdom after the Nation of Israel divided |
| Kingdom of Israel | The Northern Kingdom after the Nation of Israel divided |
| Ezekiel | A major prophet who had the visions of the Dry Bones |
| Isaiah | He preached a preference for the poor |
| Emmanuel | The name means "God with us." Isaiah spoke of him. |
| Micah | The prophet of justice who said God wanted us to do kindness, love justice and walk humbly with God. |
