Gammet | a range of colors. Often used as out of gamut which means those colors cannot be used. |
Color depth | is either the number of bits used to indicate the color of a single pixel. |
Blending Modes | vary the ways that the colors of objects blend with the colors of underlying objects |
Resolution | amount of detail |
DPi | dots per inch |
PPi | pixels per inch |
Vector | These programs use mathematic equations and geometric primitives (points, lines, and shapes) to create art that is clean, camera ready, and can be scaled infinitely, without any loss of quality or fidelity. |
Path | is made up of a series of points called “anchor points” and line segments between these points |
Stroke | specify whether a line is solid or dashed, the dash sequence and other dash adjustments if it is dashed |
Fill | characteristics of the inner area of and object, such as the color, pattern, style,etc., inside an object. |
gradient | are used to create transitions between colors. Most often they are used to add volume to flat vector objects, creating light and shadow. |
