prop -(filming)Shortend form of word property. In a play or a film it is any object used in the setting or the wardrobe to support the action of the piece.
special effects -(filming)Techniques ordevices in a film used to create an illusion
atmoshere -(meaning)Mood, setting or backround effect of a shot.
backround music -(meaning)Music that accompanies the film which helps create conitinutity and enhances the emotional effects of the scenes.
motif -(meaning)A repeated idea, symbol, color, subject or musical passage in a film.
symbol -(meaning)object or visual image that represents a set of ideas
theme -(meaning)underlying ideas, opinions or message. This related to the artist's overall purpose.
