| Credit | This occurs when the balance due to FedEx is reduced. |
| Debit | This occurs when the balance due to FedEx is increased. |
| Refund | This occurs when the customer was over-charged, has paid the invoice, and FedEx returns the money that was paid. |
| Rebill | This occurs when a customer has been invoiced for a shipment, and request the charges for that shipment be billed to another account. |
| Denial | This occurs when the customer requests a cr, rf, or rb and our research indicates the request is not justified according to the FedEx Policy. |
| ReRate | This occurs when it is discovered that the customer was incorrectly charged, (i.e. incorrect weight, etc) for a shipment. |
| Remark | allows the agent to add package level remarks without processing an adjustment on the package. |
