Title BarDisplays the name of the workbook. The opening Excel window is always named "Book 1."
Menu BarContains the menu you use to perform various tasks. You can open menus using the mouse or the keyboard.

Scroll barsUsed with the mouse to move right or left and up or down within the worksheet.
Tab scrolling buttonsUsed to scroll between worksheet tabs.
Worksheet tabsUsed to move from one worksheet to another.
Status barDisplays information about a selected command or an operation in progress.
IndicatorsDisplays modes of operation, such as NUM when the number keypad is on.
Active cellCell that is current - that is, ready to receive information.
Office AssistantProvides tips as you work and suggests Help topics related to the work you are doing.
