Indemnity Insurance | patients pay health care expenses out of pocket, Afterwards the insurance agency will reimburse the patient for the expenses. |

Feedback Loop | a process of monitoring output to determine whether or not the system is working. It should be evaluated and then but back into the system to improve the future outputs |
Goal | a measurable activity that must be completed to ensure that a mission is accomplished. |
Input | Is anything that enters a system. This could included money, resources, efforts and materials |
Mission | the specific, stated purpose of a system. |
Output | the final product or service provided by a system |
