216Also known as the Operating Income Statement. Provides an estimate of the monthly expenses of maintaining the subject as an investment property as well as the estimated rental income.
DAIRA report ordered due to the occurrence of a recent disaster within the subject’s locality. May require previous appraisal but does not always.
