TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT:The reproduction, counterfeiting, copying, or imitation, in commerce, of a registered mark.
PATENT:Legal protection of an invention or a process granted by government to its owners for a certain number of years
TRADE DRESS:A particular type of trademark that protects the distinctiveness of the appearance and image of a good or service.
TRADEMARK:A symbol, design, or word used by a producer to identify a good or service and registered with the government to prevent use by others. A brand that is owned by a business; designated by the symbol TM
SERVICE MARK:A word, name, symbol, or device used to identify and distinguish a company's services, including a unique service, from those of another service provider.
