Interpersonal | the ability to understand and interact effectively with others |
Bodily Kinesthetic | the capacity to manipulate objects and use a variety of physical skills |
Linguistic | involves the sensitivity to spoken and written language, the ability to learn languages, and the capacity to use language to accomplish certain goals |
Intrapersonal | the ability to understand one's self including their thoughts, fears, and motivations, and the ability to then utilize this understanding to make decisions |
Spatial | the concept of being able to successfully perceive and derive insight from visual data |
