| Command Group | Every tab has multiple command groups, which has different commands that apply to that group, some have an arrow than open a drop down menu |
| Quick Access Toolbar | lets you access common commands no matter which tab is selected. |

| Zoom Control | Click, hold, and drag the slider to use this, on bottom right of screen |

| Windows Section | has buttons where you can minimize or maximize the document along with the Ribbon |
| File tab | has the open, new, and save commands |
| Up Arrow at end of ribbon | used to collapse the ribbon |
| Down Arrow on commands | means there is a drop down menu available with more options |
| Status bar | bottom of the window, it shows messages and information about the view |
| Title bar | indicates the software, the name of the presentation that is open, minimize, maximize, and close buttons |
