Scroll BarA graphical device for moving vertically and horizontally through a document with a mouse.
Screen TipWhen you move the pointer over a button, the name of the button is displayed and a brief description of its function appears in the status bar.
Standard ToolbarThe topmost row of buttons that perform some of the most frequently used commands.
Status BarThis bar is located at the bottom of the Word Window, it displays the current page number and section number, the total number of pages in the document, and the vertical position (in inches) of the insertion point.
Tab StopA measured position for placing and aligning text at a specific place on a line.
Title BarThe horizontal bar at the top of a window that displays the name of the document or application that appears in the window.
UndoThe ability to reverse previous action or changes, usually editing or formatting actions
Vertical AlignmentThe placement of text on a page in relation to the top, bottom, or center of the page.
Vertical RulerA graphical bar displayed at the left edge of the document window in the page layout and print preview views.
WindowA rectangular area on the screen in which you view and work on documents.
