| Lower Third | The text graphic that appears at the bottom of the screen identifying the person speaking (name and title). |

| Credibility | The level of trust and reliability the audience places in the reporter or source. |

| Jump Cut | An abrupt edit that disrupts the flow of video — usually avoided in professional news packages. |
