Searching for voiced /th/ sound
Find which of the words in the group are pronounced with the voiced /th/ sound. Remember that the /th/ sound is produced with the tongue between the the upper and lower front teeth and the air gently squeezing through, making a voiced fricative sound. The words used in these games include a core list of voiced /th/ words with the sound located in the initial, medial and final positions of words. Use your dictionary to confirm that the words use voiced /th/ sound. Try to say each word aloud and feel the vibration on your throat for the voiced phoneme.
