| Demote to Body Text button | Applies the Normal style to the paragraph containing the insertion point. Found on the Outlining toolbar. |
| E-mail button | Used to send the currently open document as an e-mail message. Found on the toolbar. |
| Envelopes and Labels command | Displays a dialog box used to create labels. Found in the Letters and Mailings submenu in the Tools menu. |
| Expand button | Displays the body text under the heading containing the insertion point. Found on the Outlining toolbar. |
| Format Page Number button | Displays a dialog box used to format the numbering and change the starting number. Found on the Header and Footer toolbar. |
| Header and Footer command | Dims the text in a document, places the insertion point in the header area, and displays the Header and Footer toolbar. Found in the View menu. |
| Hyperlink command | Displays a dialog box used to insert a hyperlink at the insertion point. Found in the Insert menu. The Insert Hyperlink button on the toolbar can be used instead of the command. |
