New Style buttonDisplays a dialog box used to create a new style. Found in the Styles and Formatting task pane.
Outline commandDisplays a document in Outline view. Found in the View menu.
Pause Recording buttonInterrupts the recording of a macro. Found on the Stop Recording toolbar.
Promote buttonApplies the next higher level style to the paragraph containing the insertion point. Found on the Outlining toolbar.
Record New Macro commandDisplays a dialog box used to name a macro and begin recording it. Found in the Macro submenu in the Tools menu.
Row commandSelects the row containing the insertion point in a table. Found in the Select submenu in the Table menu.
Rows commandDeletes a selected row or rows in a table. Found in the Delete submenu in the Table menu.
Same as Previous buttonDeselected to allow for different section headers or footers. Found on the Header and Footer toolbar.
Select All commandSelects all the cells in the table that contains the insertion point. Found in the Edit menu.
Send a Copy buttonConnects the comĀ­puter to the Internet and sends a copy of the currently open document as an e-mail message.
Stop Recording buttonEnds the recording of a macro. Found on the Stop Recording toolbar.
