| Add Data command | Displays a dialog box where a nonadjacent data series can be added to an existing chart. Found in the Chart menu. |
| All command | Deletes the active chart. Found in the Clear submenu in the Edit menu. |
| Chart command | Displays the Chart Wizard dialog box used to create a chart. Found in the Insert menu. The Chart Wizard button on the toolbar can be used instead of the command. |
| Chart Options command | Displays a dialog box with options for changing the titles, axes, gridlines, legend, and data labels. Found in the Chart menu. |
| Collapse Dialog button | Minimizes the Chart Wizard dialog box in the worksheet so that a new data range can be selected. Found in the second Chart Wizard dialog box. |
| Copy button | Places the selected cell(s) on the Clipboard. Found on the toolbar. The Copy command in the Edit menu can be used instead of the command. |

| Delete command | Removes a sheet from the workbook. Found in the menu displayed by right-clicking a sheet tab. |
| Link Cells command | Links cell contents to a cell on a different worksheet. |
| Page Setup command | Displays a dialog box with page options for the active sheet. Found in the File menu. |
| Paste button | Places the Clipboard contents in a worksheet starting at the selected cell. Found on the toolbar. The Paste command in the Edit menu can be used instead of the command. |
| Print command | Displays a dialog box used to print the entire workbook or the active sheet. Also used to print charts in a workbook. Found in the File menu. |
| Print Preview command | Displays the worksheet as it will appear when printed. Found in the File menu. The Print Preview button on the toolbar can be used instead of the command. |
| Selected Chart Title command | Displays a dialog box used to format a chart title. Found in the Format menu when a chart title is selected. |
| Selected Legend command | Displays a dialog box used to format a legend. Found in the Format menu when a legend is selected. |
| Source Data command | Displays a dialog box used to add an adjacent data series and label to an existing chart. Nonadjacent labels can also be added to an existing chart using this command. Found in the Chart menu. |
